At DryFruits Forever, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:
No Cancellations or Returns are accepted for dry fruits and other perishable products once the order has been shipped.
Cancellations will only be considered if requested on the same day the order is placed and before the order has been shipped.
Refunds or replacements will be provided only if:
The product is delivered in damaged condition.
The wrong product was sent.
There is a proven quality issue reported on the same day of delivery.
To report an issue, contact our customer support immediately with clear photos and your order details.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 6–8 working days to the original payment method.

For international buyers, orders are shipped via registered international courier services and/or international speed post.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped via trusted domestic courier partners and/or India Post speed post.
We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within 5–7 business days or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
Please note:
Delivery timelines depend on courier/postal service operations and may vary due to unforeseen delays, customs clearance, or regional restrictions.
Our responsibility ends once the package is handed over to the courier/postal service within the promised timeframe.
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Delivery confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your registered email. You can also track your order through the “Track Delivery” option in your account dashboard.
